Terms of sale
Article 1 — Purpose
These terms of sale govern all sales of FENDLOCK products concluded on this site between Philippe Duwa, sole proprietor (trading name NaviTech Solutions), SIREN 520 824 475, Nîmes Trade Register (RCS), with registered office at Avenue du Centurion, BAL 30, 30240 Le Grau-du-Roi, France ("the Seller"), and any consumer located in France or the European Union ("the Customer").
Article 2 — Prices
Prices are shown in euros. VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French Tax Code (CGI) — French VAT exemption scheme. Delivery costs are shown before the order is confirmed.
Article 3 — Ordering and payment
Payment is made online through the secure Shopify platform. Orders are confirmed by email once payment is validated.
Article 4 — Delivery
Orders ship from France within 2 to 3 working days. Current delivery rates and options are shown before the order is confirmed. Indicative delivery times: 2 to 4 days in mainland France, 4 to 8 days across Europe.
Article 5 — Right of withdrawal
In accordance with articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal, without giving any reason. The product must be returned complete and in new condition to: Philippe Duwa — NaviTech Solutions, Avenue du Centurion, BAL 30, 30240 Le Grau-du-Roi, France. Return shipping costs are borne by you. Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the return.
Article 6 — Legal warranties
All our products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity (articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the warranty against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).
Article 7 — Disputes
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first (contact@fendlock.com). In accordance with articles L611-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the Customer may freely use a consumer mediation service: the details of the mediator the Seller subscribes to are available on request and will be published on this page. The Customer may also use the EU online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
